The Genesis Spezial Biomex
is a double-flap dressage saddle specifically developed for experienced, classically trained dressage riders with a well-schooled seat, who also place high demands on exceptional seating comfort.
Its design
consistently follows the principles of classical riding theory, placing equal emphasis on a harmonious seat and refined communication between horse and rider. In keeping with this philosophy, knee blocks have been deliberately omitted to allow maximum freedom of movement. The result is a natural, well-balanced seat that promotes an independent position and enables precise aids, true to the ideals of classical training.
At the heart
of the Genesis Spezial Biomex is the exceptionally close connection between horse and rider. The short panel rib allows the saddle to sit close to the horse’s back, enhancing the rider’s ability to feel and follow the horse’s movement. This supports calm, accurate aids and noticeably refines the harmony between horse and rider. The billet strap system secures the panels close to the horse, further reinforcing this direct contact. It is no coincidence that the Genesis Spezial is used and recommended on a daily basis by renowned Schultheiss student Catherine Haddad.
From a technical
perspective, the saddle features the back-friendly Biomex technology integrated into the seat. This innovative system reduces pressure on the rider’s spine and seat bones, absorbs shock effectively, and ensures more even weight distribution. Especially during longer rides, it provides tangible comfort and is particularly beneficial for riders with back sensitivities.
